I was one week into Keto and badly missing chocolate. These whips satisfied my craving without the carbs. I used Monk Fruit Sweetener instead of Swerve and increased the amount to three tablespoons. I decreased the chocolate by 1 tbsp And these were still very chocolatey. I deducted one starbecause the texture is very grainy. Dissolving the chocolate and sugar first would help. I tried my whipped cream dispenser. It worked really well for the first four whips and then it clogged. My fault for being too lazy to get out the beaters. I would make these again.

Just meh. Definitely too bitter, decrease the cocoa. Will have to experiment with this recipe to improve it.

I didn't get to making the chocolate yet but I made vanilla and maple. They were so good. Can't wait to make chocolate tomorrow!

I had to add 5 tablespoons of sugar until it was thick enough to form a drop on the pan

They are so good. The perfect snack for when you are craving chocolate, but are on a diet.

Yes, it was good..really surprised me. I made them a little larger and used them for dessert instead of a snack. never would have thought of this. Added a bit more cocoa.

Made it with sugar and it was basically like light ice cream. The husband and I liked it (we're not super sweet people)

I modified it slightly.. used dollop cream as i didn't have whipping cream, and used a low carb / sugar free hot chocolate powder which already had stevia in it, so i didn't need to add extra. I left out the vanilla. Was easy and yummy, but looked more like dog poo when I piped it out.. lol.. but froze well and I'd definitely make again! :)

Very good. I used my hand mixer and it just took a couple of minutes for the cream to form stiff peaks. I dished them into small round plastic Glad bowl and threw them into the freeze. Only fill the small containers half full. It doesn't look like a lot but it is so rich it satisfies.

This was amazing! I didn't have Stevia so I used the same amount of Splenda. I used a mini cupcake pan with liners and froze them. I will make these often.

Yes. I would make this again, I even froze it.. I made it only for me. No added sugar. I then thawed it a little I like the deep chocolate flavor.. You can even add finely chopped nuts to your liking..
