Perfect for a small batch of ricotta cookies (most recipes make 5-6 dozen; this made 3). The directions call for dropping the batter by teaspoons, but I used tablespoons, and they came out to be nice-sized cookies. I could have used a little more icing than the recipe made, but this was my favorite icing recipe for this kind of cookie since many others are little more than a glaze.
