- 1 cup teff flour
- 1 cup sucanat (or sub in a low carb sweetener as needed)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. oil (coconut or olive)
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
- 8 oz. baking chocolate (chopped, or use my Homemade Chocolate or Carob Chips)
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint oil (see Adrienne’s choice for essential oils here)
- 1 pinch salt (real)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sucanat (or sub a low glycemic sweetener. Like 1/2 xylitol plus 8 scoops of stevia.)
