- 2/3 cup milk (choice, or water)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats (I use Country Choice Organic)
- 1/2 avocado (a ripe, or 1/4 an avocado and 1/2 a banana)
- 3 Tbsp. milk (choice)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (see notes below for variations)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (can add more to suit your tastes)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
