- 3 onions
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can black beans
- broth (12 cl.)
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tomato (seeded and diced)
- Gruyere cheese (grated)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Butter a pie pan or line with parchment paper.
