Made several times. Usually takes longer than 15 minutes.

Good! Changed a lot but it’s a forgiving recipe. Used what I had - 6 eggs instead of 8, cheddar, Parmesan, mozzarella and feta cheeses, mushrooms and broccoli, onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes. I thought to add a diced up baked potato but was too tired to bother. Maybe next time.

Well the recipe was only a base for me, I used canned tomatoes w garlic and basil, onions fresh mushrooms and spinach, and cooked them all down first, used 5 eggs and 5 egg whites, forgot the cheese, added some garlic, fresh rosemary, redpepper flakes nutmeg and paprika it was still delicious!!! Will make in a smaller pan next time because it wasn’t only about a half inch deep ( used a large skillet)

I like to make frittatas for dinner. The sausage made this one into a hearty belly-warmer winter meal. I substituted some of the veggies for what was available in my frig, but turned out good anyway. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This is a delicious and easy breakfast. I used 6 egg whites and 3 eggs. I did not have fresh mushrooms, so I used a jar of mushrooms instead. It took 25 minutes to cook instead of 15 minutes. I will definitely make it again.

Excellent recipe filling, taste, and not too heavy!!! Made the for a Sunday brunch everyone loved the ingredients and wanted it to be made again. My family is usually picky about new dishes but not this one.
