- kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 8 sesame seed buns (toasted)
- cheddar cheese (8 slices or about 1 cup grated)
- 1 sweet onion
- 2/3 vidalia
- pickled jalapeno (slices, between 4 & 10 per burger, how hot do you like it?)
- 1 bag fritos
- 1 can chili (Wolf brand, no beans, heated, I'm a Texan. If you want legitimate Frito Pie, ya gotta use Wolf!)
