- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined with tails removed)
- 1/2 tsp. juice (jalapeno, use it from a jar)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil (Persian Lime)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced, I used pre-minced garlic from a jar)
