there's more potatoes then hamburger meat, and ended up tasting bland and with hints of vodka here and there throughout it.

This was good but easily could have been a disaster. After figuring out that the potatoes were only being microwaved in order to pre-cook them, I was a bit annoyed. Some people may prefer to do it this way, but cutting up and frying already-cooked potatoes without them turning to mush is easier said than done. Luckily, I caught it early enough that the potatoes were still firm but they were in long enough to be sticky and still crumbed a bit when cutting/peeling. In my opinion, save yourself the headache and just peel and fry the potatoes by themselves and mix in at the end. Also, if you want to use the shredded cheese, I would mix it in after the potatoes to let it melt in a bit before serving.

Bland. Added extra spices and salt, but it was still bland. Will not make again. Our dogs loved it though, they got all of the leftovers.

it was super yummy and a good comfort meal. i did not add the garlic though and it was good without it. You could add sausage instead of hamburger for an easy breakfast meal, too. This recipe has so many variable which could be tweaked to fit your own personal preferences!

I used young Gouda.. so it was really rather bland.. I will try with sharper cheese next time (and maybe some hamburger spice mix)
To add really really little oil and not too much onion, and do salt the potatoes while cooking.

I recommend frying the potato’s in a separate pan so they brown. Found it bland, but definitely quick and easy

It was wonderful! I had to remove the hamburger while I fried the potatoes. I also added chopped bell pepper to mine. Yum!

It was good but it needed more spices or something it taste kind of bland. Will make again and put my own twist to it.

It was okay. I would recommend putting the potatoes on first, because they took much longer to cook than the hamburger.

This was a great and easy meal. I added seasoning salt to help with the flavor. Both my boys asked for seconds tonight. Goes down as a win in my book. 😊
