- 1 tsp. sea salt

- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 lb. okra (fresh, sliced 1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or about 1 1/2 t. white vinegar stirred into 1/2. c. milk)
