Very good, going to try batter on fish filets. Agree with John W needs a little more seasoning.

You could put some more seasoning in this recipe to kick it up a notch, I also had to add more water to make it more of a batter then a paste. That being said I used my deep fryer and they turned out perfect.

They turned out great, and taste like i ordered them from a restaurant. I will be making these more when we have movie nights.
