- 1 lb. smoked gouda (grated)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Overall I thought it was good. I did not have smoked gouda but regular gouda. I think the smoked would have been much better. I needed to added paprika because the macaroni mixture was bland. I will definitely make again.
