- 160 grams rice noodles (white, aka Laksa noodles)
- 80 grams noodles (yellow wheat, – rinse with hot water)
- 50 grams bean sprouts (approx. 2 handfuls)
- 3 stalks chinese chives (koo chye – cut into 2 inch length, replace with spring onions if unavailable)

- 2 cloves garlic (– minced)

- 1 dash white pepper

- 1 limes (– 2 small, – halved)
