Added some more salt and pepper to it and a little more old bay to the breadcrumbs, definitely delicious.

I would definitely pulse ingredients separately and then mix the bread crumbs in next time to allow for larger chunks. Other than that this was a hit! Everyone loved it and I made a lemon sriracha remoulade that paired beautifully with it. I will definitely be making this again!
