They were great! Good amount of seasoning, sauce was a perfect compliment. Keeping this recipe for sure!

I used a peach & pepper fried tomato recipe for the tomato prep and their peach sauce, but made this remoulade sauce with Greek yogurt instead of mayo and beet horseradish. Baked them at 450F for 20 min in total (after flipping them).
