  • 1/4 cup cilantro stems (or 1/4 cup cilantro micro greens stems and leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 slices sandwiches (sourdough, loaf, rustic french bread, hamburger buns-whatever you want)
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled and sliced in half horizontally)
  • 3/4 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
  • cilantro (or micro greens)
