  • 10 1/2 ounces prawns (peeled, deveined, finely chopped)
  • 7 ounces crabmeat (drained)
  • 3 spring onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce (+ extra, to serve)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • vegetable oil (for deep-frying)

    Directions

    1. Combine prawns, crabmeat, onions, sweet chili sauce, ginger and garlic. Place 2 tsp prawn-crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water. Gather edges together and twist to seal.
    2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Working in batches, deep-fry wontons for 2-3 mins, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    3. Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
