- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (3 ounces, softened)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 30 dill (or bread-and-butter pickle chips)
- 2 tsp. lemon zest (finely grated)
