Tasted great and was so easy!!!!.....got tired of steamed all the time so searched YUMMLY and gave it a try....will make again......

We needed to use up a lot of cauliflower & mushroom and we liked that this recipe was simple, but it is too bland. (Didn’t have bacon, so we cut up deli turkey slices.) You need to put more spices, sauce, and/or cheese in it.

It was easy to make and turned out pretty good. Bacon and mushrooms make anything taste good :)

Great! I did keep having to add more of than a tablespoon of the bacon fat maybe due to using larger head of cauliflower. Also add red onion. Husband and dinner party that took the dish to also loved it. Will make again.

Terrific! I would either use a litte less bacon or a little more cauliflower though.

It is sooo good will make it again easy and fast will put broccoli in it next time with other ingredients

I love it!! It was my first time sautéing anything and it was so fun! My dad and I both think it would be better as a main dish!

This was a hit with my family-even my 10 year old who said “I hate cauliflower” after he he ate it he said “it’s better than what I’ve tasted before” and he had 2 servings. My picky 12 year old hates mushrooms and raves about it (she did still pick out the mushrooms).
Will definitely make again!

Tasted good, but cooking time was almost twice as long as in the recipe. Would make again - although I might add garlic next time.

it was a little vague of a recipe. needs more seasoning and probably a few more types of ingredients. ill have to tweak it when i go to make it again but lovely base

The flavors are really good! It’s hard to keep the bacon and parsley on the cauliflower and mushrooms. Next time I’ll mix a little Dijon and balsamic to help give it a little extra stick

Tasted great and was pretty easy! I didn’t drain the bacon grease and just put the cauliflower and mushrooms right in! So good :)

I was a little concerned that the cauliflower wouldn't cook all the way through in the short amount of time this recipe calls for ( relatively speaking) but the dish turned out perfectly. I exchanged dried basil for the fresh parsley and I thought it turned out perfectly. Of course do not use the same ratios as dried versus fresh it's not an equal measure.

The flavor was awesome. I thought the cauliflower was a little over cooked so I would probably either add it later or use larger flowerettes. Will definitely make again.
