👍🏻 Great catfish! I increased the spices by half (we like it spicy) and fried them in grapeseed oil. Flavorful and moist with a nice kick from the spiced breading.

The spices were perfect And complemented the catfish very well. The corn meal to flour ratio was just right and made the fish very crispy. I will definitely make this recipe again! Simple, easy, delicious.

it was delicious! i just used the flour and cornmeal mixture and some creole seasoning. next time i will try it as the recipe is written. very simple and very good.
