I didn’t have coconut flour so I used pizza flour. I made a mess, but it taste great! I used this recipe for a bag from Trader Joe’s that had small pieces of calamari, shrimp and Bay scallops in it. Seafood blend.

If was ok but not of the quality we find at NYC’s Union Station Cafe or in Italy where we lived for 2 years. Tomorrow night we’ll try NYC’s Union Station Cafe’s Calamari which presoaks the calamari in soda water which makes the calamari light & tender.
