- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (San Marzano, or strained tomatoes by Pomi)
- 6 prosciutto (slices, torn into thin strips)
- 12 tomatoes (ripe San Marzano, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds)
- 24 tomato (slow roasted San Marzano, halves, minced, see head note)
- 1 1/2 cups fontina cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup goat cheese (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (finely minced)
- ground black pepper
- kosher salt
- olive oil
- cornmeal (for dusting)
