- 4 handfuls mixed salad
- 1 cup coleslaw (Fresh Paleo)
- 1 cup fish (canned tuna, this was two cans for me, about 130 grams or 8-10 ounces, wild planet is my favorite)
- 4 beets (small, cooked and then sliced, .5 pounds or 250 grams worth, you can buy these already cooked/boiled in a store or you can do it yourself, for help look at this recipe)
- 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 English cucumber (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (large, or 2 small, sliced, I used one small red pepper and one small yellow)
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- apple cider vinegar (a sprinkle of extra)
