If there is a better recipe oh here,,I'd like to know where! This is soooo good!

It turned out great - so fresh and delicious! I took it to a dinner party and warmed up the bread at the hosts' home. I had more topping than bread so my suggestion is to slice thinly or buy a very long, skinny loaf.
