- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber (sliced into semi circles)

- 1/2 carrot (medium sized, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 8 sprigs coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. peanuts (roughly chopped)

- 1 tsp. avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)

- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 ginger (1x1cm cube, finely grated/chopped, approximately 1 tsp)
