Yum, indeed. Took a chance and substituted a cast iron skillet for the cake pan and it worked out just fine. I baked it for 45 minutes, probably could have pulled it out at 40. My pineapple wasn't the sweetest and I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be as sweet as I wanted but the butter and brown sugar did the trick just fine.
