This recipe is amazing!!! I made it as a Peach Crisp and then again as an Apple Crisp and with 5 adults in the house it was gone by morning so now I have to make 2. Also they had me make just the topping for snacking and putting on ice cream, so good.

Delicious pie, and perfect for a hot summer day. It is great with the vanilla bean ice cream or with whipped cream.
