The pasta was easy to make and came out perfectly. I have made it twice and this time it needed a little water.

very smooth and soft.very good recipe.i wraped it up in glad wrap for about 2hours..it became nice and soft.easy to work with

So easy from start to finish! Time estimate includes letting the dough rest.
Recipe makes great fettuccine-my husband said my best batch yet!
The dough was quite dry as I was mixing, so I ended up adding about 3 Tbs of water to hydrate the dough (1 Tbs at a time).
Can’t wait to use this pasta dough for lasagna!

This is the best pasta dough recipe I have found! I usually add just a little more olive oil. This is a very smooth and soft dough works great for ravioli and fettuccine!
