excellent super easy no eggs or heating of ingredients. It came together very quickly and creamy! I use a krups ice cream maker maybe 20 min or less. I didnt have lemon extract so used 1/2 tsp orange extract. Definitely was creamiest recipe i have tried. I will make again and think i will try with my fresh squeezed blood orange juice (my friend Harvey has the best fruit trees in the area so i have access to superb quality organic juicy citrus) and or pomagranate.
