- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 shallots (Small, or 1 Tablespoon – minced)
- 1 large garlic clove (or 1 Teaspoon – minced)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts (– toasted)
- vinaigrette (Hibiscus, – to taste)
- 1/2 lb. baby greens (Mixed)
- 1 cup edible flowers
- 1 cup basil chiffonade (Fresh, – roughly chopped – or torn)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint (– chiffonade – roughly chopped – or torn)
- 1/4 cup fresh chives (– thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (– minced)
- 1 cup blueberries
