    This dish just disappeared after serving it. The shallots and mushrooms gave it great flavor, and the garlic was infused, but not overpowering. The sour cream gave it a nice creamy texture. We did not use the soy sauce, and for traditionalists, sprinkled some of French's crispy onions on top. This dish will become a favorite, even between the holidays!
