  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon (see above)
  • ground ginger (a smidgen of)
  • crushed red pepper (a smidgen of, we call it “crushers”)
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 apple (large)
  • 1/4 cup yellow raisins
