    I’ve made these twice and they were delicious and super popular both times. I go generous with the ginger because hey - it’s good for you! Giving them away for the holidays. They freeze really well, if you can manage to keep them around that long.

    These were abaolutely delicious but feel free to increase the ginger if you want them a bit stronger.
