I’ve made these twice and they were delicious and super popular both times. I go generous with the ginger because hey - it’s good for you! Giving them away for the holidays. They freeze really well, if you can manage to keep them around that long.

Really loved these. They were (for me) the perfect amount of ginger to get that delicious warm taste without too much sugar.
