I spread homemade pesto on the first layer, used prosciutto because it’s what I had along with the goats cheese. Everything else as written. The prosciutto was crispy and the cheese melts soft, and putting arugula on top after it was cooked was delicious. I’ll do it again, maybe spreading fig jam on first layer instead of pesto for more fig taste
