I thought this was excellent. Full disclosure, I skipped the strain and blend part, and I used a regular lemon, but hey! It was very good just the same! Be careful not to over do your pasta portioning as I did. It’ll give you a slightly dry result. Live and learn. I will definitely make this again being careful with my portions. VERY TASTY! Shows off the crab beautifully.
