- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (at room temperature, solid)
- 3 Tbsp. non dairy milk (I usually use soy)
- 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup date paste
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries (chopped, I run these through a quick pulse in the spice grinder)
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
