- 1/2 cup butter (at soft room temperature)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs (medium/)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. fresh rosemary (very finely minced, I don’t suggest any more than this; a trace is plenty)
- 1/2 cup cherries (pitted, sliced, from above)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup butter (at warm room temperature)
- 1 lb. cream cheese (at warm room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 drops beet juice (or red food coloring, optional)
- 1 dash salt
- 15 fresh rosemary (little springs of)
- 15 whole cherries (from above)
