    Loved it! I made it in 24 mini muffin tin so halved all the ingredients and halved the baking time to 10 mins. Safer alternative for my son than toffee bits Added as toppings - - crushed graham crackers - unsweetened coconut shredding - semi-sweet chocolate chips

    These are fantastic muffins!! Definitely a keeper! I added a little vinegar to the milk as I find buttermilk makes muffins consistently fluffier, and substituted a half cup of white flour with half oatmeal and whole grain flour for added nutrition . Turned out great :-)
