- 65 grams desiccated coconut (you can substitute ground almond if you don’t want to use coconut)
- 175 grams melted butter
- 6 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (I used 2 as I love vanilla)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (or fresh, I used frozen and had 12 of each blackberries, blueberries and raspberries- OCD!)
- icing sugar (– extra, to dust)
