I wanted a recipe to serve french toast to a group of friends and found this recipe. Everyone loved it! So Happy. I plan to make it for a larger ladies luncheon. It will compliment the other menu items.

Is a solid winner! It takes a bit of trial & error to find your happy place with the amount of bread to include, but I will always choose this for brunch over anything else. The custard like texture is so soothing, and the brown sugar mixed with cinnamon & vanilla is just ‘home on a fork’. Make it—you won’t regret it!

it was amazing!! i would cook next time at lower heat. maybe 350 for 25 mins as it was a little crusty on top. depends how you like it.

I was looking for a quick and easy breakfast surprise. WOW, I am still amazed. French bread was the perfect style of bread needed. Crunchy ontop and soo moist all the way down to the bottom layer. This will be the ONLY way ill make French Toast Again!!!
Forever Grateful.

Went so fast that I didn’t get to taste it. Relatives raved about it. Making it again this week for my husband’s work party!

I've made it twice and everyone loves it. It has become a family favorite already. The recipe is great as is.
