Delicious as always. But for some reason Mom's french toast was always more delicious. I guess it's something about when other people make it for you it's always more delicious... 😉 Especially when people who love you make it for you😘

I used organic 9-grain bread from one of the local Big Island bakeries, warmed a little butter with the syrup and served with veggie sausage. Great lazy Sunday brunch!

Impressive, first time to make a toast,
should have tried it sooner, FANTASTIC is the least I could say.

It was pretty good. I added more cinnamon to give it more flavor and I used brioche bread!

Used brioche bread, and it made 8 slices with plenty of mixture left over. I would guess you could easily get 12 slices out of this mix. My family enjoyed it with a little added powered sugar and syrup.

It turned out great! This is one of the better recipes simple straight to the point.

The French toast came out very tasty!!! I did add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and I added this seasoning called “cinnamon sugar” . Although I didn’t take a measurement for the cinnamon sugar it was amazing I did it to my taste! The recipe was extremely simple and delish!

Great! My mom used to make it like this when we were smaller. I’m excited to have found a recipe similar to what she made.

Turned out great! Added a bit more cinnamon, and some powdered sugar would be great. Topped mine with fruit and banana slices. Yum!

I replaced sugar with honey.

I reduced the recipe, didn't add sugar for just 2 pieces of Texas Toast bread ( the thicker bread), then I had a slightly brown yellow banana that I cooked in the pan with a little butter till it carmelized, wow was that delicious! I also have, in the past, turned oven on 350 degrees if your making more than one serving to keep warm and take out any moisture from the middle of the toast for about 5 to 7 minutes, that works real well and tastes even YUMMIER!
