This looks really good.When I make mine b/c I'm on a diet I use Aunt Millies 35 calorie bread per slice.I take 3 slices dredge in 2 eggs mixed with 2 teaspoons light/fat free Sour Cream make sure its very well mixed.Then I add Olive oil or Olive oil spray/butter spray cook on high heat then serve with Sugar free syrup & sprinkle on a little powdered sugar & cinnamon.Whole thing is 250 or less calories depending on the sour cream whether fat free/light.

Loved it, kids loved it, hubby loved it. Will keep and pass on the recipe. But no need to bake the bread unless your starting from scratch started with store bought French loaf and it as a great consistency.
