Haven’t tasted it yet but it certainly looks good! 24 hours later… I can now report on whether the tart tasted as good as it looked… I took it to a barbecue yesterday and everyone loved it… I got a chance to taste it before it disappeared and it was excellent! This recipe has some very useful elements in it for cooks/bakers too - I’m attaching a pic.
I have made this several times now. It’s amazing
