    I am not a stellar cook, and I'm not a huge fan of chocolate pies. This pie made me a believer. It was not difficult to make- even I could do it. It was soooo good too. We made it twice at Christmas because we were so sad when the first one was gone. Side note- we used pasteurized eggs to be on the safe side.
