This dish really rang a bell with my family. I added fig jam to the sauteed onions and the flavors really blended well with the Gruyere cheese. A definite keeper!

Ok so I was very skeptical about the ratings but it was definitely deserving. Fantastic, easy, must make again, put it into your rotations, no regrets.

Incredibly delicious. It says not to use tenderloin but that’s all I could find in the store and it was still phenomenal. Definitely will be making again!

This was a simple and wonderful meal! Very flavorful. Simple, easy ingredients, and scrumptious! We substituted the gruyere for Parmesan because I didn’t want to go to the store again and it was great!

i would give this 5 stars if there was a bit more flavour. i ended up adding balsamic vinegar to the onions to liven things up. overall though, a very simple and solid recipe.

It was very good. I’m not sure I cut the pork correctly so I don’t think it was as thin as it was supposed to be?? However super tasty!

It was a hit! I had a little trouble with cutting it open to stuff but I managed. I cooked it on low in the oven at 225 in a pan with the top on it for about an hour. Turned out very moist and flavorful. Yumly!

Loved it! Had to sub mozzarella for cheese, but still great. Wife bit her lip eating it, daughter went back for seconds. I will improve my butterflying technique and expect it to be even better. Paired with Garlicky Lemon asparagus and buttery brown sugar whole kernel corn.

Amazing......top 5 for the whole family.....a little labour intensive was kind of funny trying to roll it, but we got under control.....really good.

OMG. Probably one of the best things ive ever eaten. Served it with Keto broccoli and cheese casserole and it was way better than anything at a restaurant. HIGHLY recommend!!

So so good! I’ll be making this again.
I made an addition from my french onion soup recipe; a pinch of dark brown sugar and a splash of red wine to the onion base to caramelize them. Other than that, delicious recipe and I’m happy to report I nailed it!!

Made this tonight. I completely failed at butterflying the pork even after watching the video. And I guess I didn’t roll the pork tight enough because there was no cheese left in the final product. However it was still sooo delicious!!! Can’t imagine how heavenly it will be when I get it right. I will definitely practice, practice, practice. Thanks so much for sharing

It turned out great. I used center cut pork chops and just folded each pork chop. It worked out.
