Great! Tossed in some broccoli (thawed from about 1/2 of a frozen bag) before baking. Also substituted sautéed onions while making the hash browns instead of the fried. Came out great. Recipe makes a large dish, so if cooking for 1-2 people, leftovers also freezes well.
