This is now my family’s favorite dish. The meat comes out very flavorful. I slice it up with my electric knife and toast my rolls in the broiler with some Swiss cheese and they are perfect. I would add a lot more thinly sliced onions since they cook down and we like to add the sliced onions on our sandwiches.
