Delicious and easy - caramelizing the onions just takes a while. I used about half the chicken and 2 onions - because that was all I had. It sounds like a lot of onion, but they really cook down during the caramelizing. I will definitely use more next time. The onions make this dish - don’t skimp! Definitely worth making again.
