- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. splenda
- 3 Tbsp. almond flour
- 3 Tbsp. splenda
- 2 drops pink food coloring
- 1/8 tsp. strawberry (flavor, Bickford)

- 1/2 Tbsp. cream
- 14 grams unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. butter (softened at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. splenda (update on 4/12: I used 1T of Splenda instead of stevia when heating up the cream and this actually allowed the chocolate to stay firmer even in room temperature. the only downfall is that you have to wait for the chocolate to thicken a little before using it)
