Truly the simplest chocolate cake I've ever made. I used bittersweet chocolate so I reduced the amount of sugar. I served it with fresh strawberries. The only change I will make next time is to either double the recipe or use a smaller pan. I prefer my cakes to be thicker.

Easy deliciously chocolatey cake. It does not rise much but is moist and airy. Lovely.

Has more of a brownie consistency and doesn’t rise as much as I thought it would but overall a good VERY moist cake

Very delicate, smooth and moist! Used less sugar to keep the dark chocolate taste dominant and loved it!

This looks amazing- will try tonight. Is that sweetened chocolate or unsweetened? thanks
